If you're looking for a blueprint and outlined instructions for "what to do to grow your business/gain more clients/get more leads/etc." this probably isn't for you. Liberated Leaders specialty is in allowing entrepreneurs and people in various leadership positions to uncover and lean into their individual strengths and values, allowing a more self-driven brainstorming initiative to uncover and implement strategies to attain one's individual goals. Every business is different and there is no cookie-cutter definition of success when it comes to owning one (other than staying out of the red/staying IN business!). Tina and Michelle challenged me to define MY success and quiet the noise of external influences. I would highly recommend their program for anyone ready to look INWARD with the intent of making changes to better your business/influence/process's/etc. ”
